The Iconica Pet Policy

We’re pleased to welcome your four-legged friends to The Iconica!

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and follow the guidelines below:

Pets are not allowed on the bed, couch, or other furniture. If pet hair is found on the bed, guests will be charged to replace the duvet cover because it is too difficult to remove pet hair.
Only dogs under 50 lbs are permitted.
Pitbulls and Rottweilers are not allowed, per our breed restrictions.
No other animals are allowed on the property.
A maximum of one (1) dog per room is permitted.
Dogs must be on a controllable leash at all times when outside of the guest room.

A daily non-refundable pet fee of $50 will be charged per night.
For stays over three nights, the maximum pet fee is capped at $150.
A valid credit card must remain on file throughout the stay.
Pet fees are non-refundable once a pet has entered the guest room.
Guests planning to bring a pet must notify us after booking so we can send a separate payment request for the pet fee.

Guests must allow access to their room for housekeeping and maintenance services as needed.

Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms.
If an unattended pet barks or causes a disturbance, a $200 fee will be charged.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet to guest rooms, furnishings, or any part of the hotel property.
Additional charges may apply based on the extent of damage.
Rooms are subject to inspection at any time, including at check-out.
